Terms and Conditions
Last updated 27 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Templar Apps websites, mobile applications, web applications, product pages, and related digital services. By accessing or using a Templar Apps service, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.
1. Who we are
Templar Apps is a product-first technology company that designs, builds, and maintains digital products. In these terms, "Templar Apps", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the company that provides the relevant website, app, or product. "You" means the person who visits, registers for, or uses a service.
2. Scope
These terms apply to public Templar Apps pages and to Templar Apps products unless a product displays its own separate terms. Product-specific screens, booking rules, payment conditions, cancellation rules, promotions, or partner rules may also apply when you use a particular feature.
If a separate product agreement conflicts with these general terms, the product-specific agreement controls for that product.
3. Accounts and accurate information
Some services may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in method secure, and telling us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, use another person's account, or use a service if you are not allowed to do so under applicable law.
4. Product and service use
Templar Apps products may help users discover services, manage requests, make bookings, communicate with support or service partners, receive notifications, and complete related actions. The exact features available to you depend on the product, your location, your account status, and service availability.
You agree to use each service only for its intended purpose and to follow the instructions shown in the app, website, or product flow.
5. Bookings, payments, and third-party providers
Where a product supports bookings, prices, appointment windows, service availability, cancellation conditions, and payment timing may be shown during the booking flow. You should review those details before confirming an action.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Templar Apps does not need to receive your full card number or security code when a payment provider handles the payment form. Third-party providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Templar Apps services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, introducing malicious code, scraping or copying content in a harmful way, harassing others, submitting unlawful content, bypassing security checks, or using a service for fraud or any illegal purpose.
7. Content and communications
If a service allows you to send messages, notes, files, images, addresses, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit. You must have the right to share it, and it must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful.
You allow Templar Apps to process that content as needed to provide the service, support your account, protect users, comply with law, and improve service reliability.
8. Intellectual property
The websites, apps, designs, text, layouts, software, graphics, brand presentation, and product names are owned by Templar Apps or used with permission. You do not receive ownership rights by using a service.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use Templar Apps branding in a way that suggests approval, partnership, or endorsement without written permission.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, replace, or remove features when needed for security, maintenance, business, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a service if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, a service is being misused, an account creates risk, or we must do so for legal, safety, or security reasons.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Templar Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by your device, network, third-party services, unauthorized account use, or reliance on general website information.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
12. Privacy
How Templar Apps handles personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Product-specific privacy notices may also apply.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, products, or legal obligations change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of a service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, use the official support or contact channel shown in the relevant app, product, website, or company communication.
